Change of Theme / New DVD ?

When in the year do they typically announce the following year's theme? ( should be soon no? ). And along with that, when do they typically issue the new DVD ?

We are going March 2010, and I want to order a new DVD, but I want to make sure it's the absolute latest update so I figure I'll wait till it's the 2010 DVD.

I am about 75% sure that I heard that they are continuing the What will you celebrate theme into next year. So they may not change the DVD.

I was wondering how long it takes disney to send their planning dvds because i ordered mine two weeks ago and i still havent got it.

CMs are reporting that they are continuing this year's theme for another year.
