Change of plans flying into LAX

So I really need help with transportation question. Can anyone tell me the best way to get from LAX the Disney complex? If we do the supershuttle, how inconvenient is that ? Also does anyone know the cost if we took a taxi from LAX to DL? Thanks for your help.

When I was checking rates airportbus was the cheapest and we had a pleasent experiance w/ them last March. Taxi rates were about 75.00 ONE way from LAX when I called a few taxi services. The bus was about 35.00 round trip for my small family, so we went w/ airport bus. Super shuttle was about twice that price.

Make sure you find out when the shuttle/bus picks up from your airlines. AIrport bus picked up every hour on the hour and our flight arrived at 1:35 pm so we were able to catch the 2pm bus, but the family before us arrived at the airport at 12:55 so they missed the 1pm bus and had to wait for the 2pm bus. They were really frustrated waiting all that time inhaling the car exhaust.

If we had to wait that long, I might have spent more for supershuttle.... which seemed to be all over the airport.

we have taken the bus from LAX to DL and it was very convienient. We have also rented a car (which we prefer) so save yourself some money and take the bus.

By the bus, do you mean public transportation? or the airportbus?

thanks for the advice everyone, I will check out both buses. We are really looking forward to the trip, just managed to get the FAntasmic dessert buffet tickets today too. Cant wait!

I think the main issue is how many people do you have?

If its 3 or less than the Airport Bus is a good option (used it myself twice- no big complaints) If you have more than that then the SuperShuttle may become the cheapest option.

My main issue with the Airport Bus is the lack of puncuality- I arrived at 2:10 so missed the 2:00 bus but the 3:00 bus arrived at 3:40... Things like that But they are cheap and the drop off is nice -em
