Change jars!!

We just counted and rolled the $ in our change jar and had $85!! We have only been collecting it since about April! This will be the dks souvenir money. We didn't count all the pennies this time. My dks wanted to already have some money for our next trip. So we left a bunch of pennies and the leftover dimes and nickels. We also decided to get a bigger collection jar for next time! They were excited to see how quickly change can add up!

We are doing the same thing with our change jar..or shall I say water jug. So far we are at $154 and still collecting the change. Our hope is to keep collecting for our trip in 06 with DGP's (disney grand parents).

Mine change jar is at $325 and I've only been saving since the first of May.

We have a water jug too that we use for all silver coins and we've been dropping money in there for a few years and at last check, we have about $500 in there.

We used to put our change in at the end of each day and always break a bill when out for more change. Also any random monies such as if we babysit or monetary gifts get put in there too. But not as of late since we've been scraping bottom to pay bills.
