Change in MF's payment date

I balanced my checkbook today and noticed that my MF's were deducted by direct debit on 1/15/10. In the past they have always been deducted on the 1st of the month. Has anyone else noticed this?

Your January payment will always be taken out on the 15th.

You have the option of either the 1st or 15th of the month. If you selected the 1st, the January payment will always be taken on the 15th.

P'dad, obviously you normally have it taken out on the 1st! Several people were mentioning that everythign would come out on the 15th, for just January. So you're not alone!

We have ours set up for the 15th (once we can get a month ahead on *everything* we'll set it for the 1st). I wish they had an option for the 5th, personally!

Plus the amount taken out in January is not the same as was taken out in previous months or in upcoming months. They balance out the annual dues with the January payment. Usually, it's a bit more (because they have underestimated the taxes), but this year, I think they over estimated the taxes for 2009, so we got a credit..

You should have received a bill/statement around Christmas that listed the dates they will take it out and the amounts.

We have our MF's taken out the 1st of every month, but January always comes out on the 15th. As a previous poster said, you should have gotten a statement in December stating the amount and when the dues were due for the month of January.
