Like everyone else I agree it depends on the day and the clothes you wear. The first day we did water rides we had on regular shorts and shirts and it was cloudy and a bit cool. After we got soaked it took forever to get dried out and the shops and restaurants with AC became places to avoid.
From that day on we picked certain days to do water rides and wore swim trunks and t shirts. On those days we had warm sunshine and evryone dried quickly. The biggest problem we had was with shoes, I had sandals which were okay but I still got a blister from the wet staps rubbing .Others in the party had tennis shoes and they seemed to stay wet forever.
