Chances of getting a 4th FP+ for Test Track or Soarin?

Hi everyone! Since Epcot has all the "good" rides in Tier 1, what are my chances of getting a 4th FP+ for either Test Track or Soarin? Anyone ever have any luck getting one of these day of as a 4th FP? Thanks!

Yup, both. We actually have been able to get EVERYTHING at Epcot as a 4th with 3 of us.

As an addendum . . . I never use my initial 3 FP for Epcot anymore if I have a hopper. Just not worth it. I'll usually try to do one rope drop during the trip (where I can usually get 2/3 big ones in with relatively little wait) and then try for an afternoon just doing add'l FP.

Usually by afternoon, both are available. Morning if you keep checking.
