Chances of Free Dining Extended 2007

I know Free Dining was extended in 2005 because I was at Disney Nov 14-21 and received the free dining. I can't remember the circumstances behind the extention (ie the original dates of the offer, if it was an offer to the public etc). Are there any thoughts that free dining could be offered to the public and be extended into Nov in 2007. I need some sort of good deal to get me there!

I hope so. The first year we used it we went October 3 or 4th through the week and our check in allowed us to get the free dining offer. The second year I know it was a cut off of September 30th? and not in to October So we missed it by a week due to school schedules. Even though we won't be slaves to the school schedule this year, we still would love to be able to take it around the same time so we're hoping that it goes longer than Sept 30th.
