Chances of 2BR BCV in September 7 months

Not during Food and Wine, likely the week before but we would be flexible within the first 3 weeks of the month. We would want 6-7 nights. This is for 2016.

We would book our home resort as backup at 11 months. But we would love to stay at BCV because we have a child who will be four then who we think would love the SAB pool.

September (before the start of F&W) is one of the easier times to book at 7 months. I think your chances are pretty good as long as you book online as soon as the window opens at 8 am Eastern.

That said, remember that there are 3 different booking categories of 2 bedroom villas at BCV:

1. Dedicated with two queen beds in the second bedroom.
2. Dedicated with one queen bed and a queen sleep sofa in the second bedroom.
3. Lock -Off 2 bedroom. The second bedroom has one queen bed and a double sleep sofa, plus a kitchenette. It's actually a studio with an interior connecting door (that can be locked from either side) to 1 bedroom villa. The studio portion will also have a door to the outside hallway - so many parents aren't wild about this unit if they will have small children sleeping in the studio portion,.

The dedicated villas with 2 queen beds will probably NOT be available at 7 months, but you should be able to get something in one of the other two categories.

I have been able to book a two queen, two bedroom at BCV in September, at 7months. I felt like I hit the lottery. The parks close early that time of year so my boys enjoyed the pool in the evenings.

We are wait listed for a two bedroom with queen beds for our June trip and hope it comes thru but no biggie if it does not. Good luck on your request....smjj
