I've looked at the discount histories and it's hard to say, plus I'm getting mixed messages from CRO. We're booked at Pop for four nights starting the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. (May 24)
We have no date flexibility since the primary purpose of the trip is to deliver my daughter to the International College Program! (starts May 25)
This is def. the year I was going to buy an AP, because we anticipate going back probably in July and def. in August to retrieve her. On the later trips we'll be able to access her CM discount, but it won't come into effect in time for this first stay. One CRO CM said discounts would NEVER be avail. for Memorial Day. Two other CM's at CRO said not to give up hope, anything is possible.
Has anyone ever gotten an AP code for Memorial Day? Is there any hope, or am I stuck with the CAA (AAA) discount? With an AP code I think I'd almost def. switch to French Quarter. All of our past trips have been value season, so this Peak Rack Rate scenario is hard to swallow.
