How likey am I to see bees in March? I go the 17th. Im mildy alergic (i swell and my skin cracks) from being stung.

Yes, there can be all types of insects flying around, year-round.

But it's unlikely a bee is going to bother YOU personally, of all people. The odds are against it. I've gone my whole life and have never been stung.

Obviously if you're that concerned you already know to stay away from flowering plants and avoid fragrances.

Well, it is Florida. There are lots of flowering plants around, therefore there are lots of insects - including bees. You should take the same precautions you take at home and have the same remidies handy.

My daughter got stung on her cheek while riding the train around the back part of the Magic Kingdom park. Everyone around us was helpful, but my advice is don't ride the train. This was in the first week of March from last year.

There's always a chance for bees to be around, but Disney does try to reduce the number. When I did my CP, these big wasp type bugs kept flying around and I'd always flinch. Then my manager explained that they're some sort of bug that scares away real wasps and bees. They don't attack people (they don't even have stingers) but they're very aggressive toward other bugs. Part of Disney's whole natural "pesticide" thing - like the ladybug releases. So if you see a bug that looks almost like a wasp, different color and a little different body. . . don't worry.

A little boy got stung a few rows ahead of us on the train also... I am not sure if it is conincidence or not but I would be extra careful on it! We were there in the winter!
