Chance of 2nd Tier 1 @ Epcot?

I have a 1:30 FP+ booked for Frozen Ever After. Do you think there's a decent chance that I'll be able to book a second Tier 1 for Soarin' or Test Track later in the day after I use the FEA one? This is for a Sunday in late September.

Checking for today, TT and Soarin' are still available with multiple time slots for a party of 4.

As soon as you tap to enter the FP line, search the app for another FP. You must have used, or tapped, both Tier 2s before searching for the additional Tier 1.

If the OP only booked the tier 1 as his/her only FP, once they tap and enter the line, is he/she eligible for the additional tier 1 immediately since no Tier 2s were booked to tap/use?

No, see my above reply above your post. When remaining in 1 park, all 3 FPs have to be used or at least tapped at the FP tapstile before an additional Tier 1 can be booked.

your post has given me hope thaton the day i park hop from HS to epcot i may be able to find a tier 1 for TT or soarin.
i have a FP+ for TSMM from 9:20am-10:20am and a TOT from 11:20am-12:20pm so after i tap for TSMM shouldn't i immediately be able to go on the app and try for a tier 1 at epcot?
sorry to hijack the thread but it gave me the perfect opportunity to ask.

btw its 2 people on sept 4th.

Yes that has been true - @marciemi has tested and confirmed this info.

You're welcome! I still find it amazing that FP booking and hopping can result in holding FPs in two parks at the same time. A major plus for the FP system!

Yes, as long as you have only booked 2 or less for MK, this works.

@disney world dreamer - here is info from the FP and Park Hopping thread:

After using your 1st pre-booked FP in Park #1, use the app to book for Park #2.

If you have pre-booked more than 1 FP for Park #1(2 at most), the FPs remain intact and usable. You technically will have FPs booked for Park #1 (pre-booked) and Park #2 (booked day of).
