Now, until recently, I have heard of Champion's Gate in passing only and did not pay attention.
Is this an actual town, called Champion's Gate, or just the Omni resort area?
How large is the area? (Boundaries?)
Is it in Osceola County?
Is this area created around the Omni?
When did this surface?
We looked at a house touted as in"Champion's Gate area", but is actually in Polk County. Agent stated this as if it was a selling point, but could tell us little other than the famous golfers who hatched the plan. We are trying to decide if this will help w/the value of the property. Thanks for any help.

There is a regular DIS poster who lives there, hopefully they will see this and respond.

I live about 15 miles north of there in Legends. We've driven through Champions Gate a couple times, it didn't do much for me one way or the other. I don't know that living in or near Champions Gate is really that big of a selling point, but I'm also not all that familiar with Polk Country real estate. Unless I'm very mistaken, it's not an actual town, it's a subdivision of Davenport.

Edited to say that IMHO Polk County is FAR more desirable than Osceola for a variety of reasons.

Thanks ducklite, I hope someone else will respond as well. Thank you.
