My sister had a bottle of my favorite Moscato d'Asti sent to us while we were staying in a villa at the Grand and she was back home in Calgary so it's definitely possible. To have it delivered to the room someone will have to be in the room and provide ID. I'd ordered a cake and they held both until they could verify we'd be in the room to show ID for the alcohol. (The cake could have been delivered to an empty room)
