chamilia beads replacement?

I have the mickey head bead with the 3 little stones in it. One of the stones popped out and I didn't notice and now mickey is headless on one side. Does Chamilia replace beads like Pandora does? I haven't even had it 4 months. It is on my Pandora bracelet, so in a way I'm glad I got Pandora.
