ChaLEAN Extreme Question

Hi,

I just started this program and I'm so confused. I hope someone has done this program and can help me out.

There are 3 circuits to each phase, but there are 4 weeks in a month. What should I be doing for the 4th week? I've searched everywhere, read my directions and can't find an answer. I'm feeling pretty dumb because obviously everyone gets it but me lol
