Chairs on the verandahs?

Yes, there are two chairs and a very small cocktail table.

The verandahs in cat 4, 5 and 6 have 2 chairs and a small table. The verandahs in cat 3 and above are much larger with more chairs and tables.

we had a cat 6 and on the last day discovered that the table in the cabin is able to go up and down and if you pull it onto the veranda it is the perfect spot to have breakfast!

We just stayed in a Cat 3 Suite - There were four chairs, two small tables and a lounge chair. The space is long and narrow so the lounge would not fit facing out, but rather alongside the ship. Still a very nice place to read and unwind.
