Chadwick's Problem....

Not only have I not received shipping confirmation for my 2 orders(I paid extra for expeditied shipping) I can't even sign on to the website anymore. I enter my email address and password and get a "connection refused" error message. Is anyone else having this problem or just me? I placed one order on the 28th for one item with the collection of freebies. Next day I placed a second order for 2 items and 1 freebie. The first was stated to be delivered today based on the shipping date provided when I selected the option at order to take the expedited shipping. :confused3
 
I just checked and I was able to log onto the web site and check my last order.
 
Now it allows me to sign on. I haven't been banned from cheap retail! The second order with the one free gift says processed now and there is a tracking number. The origional order chocked full of free stuff has not. Ooooops.
 
I ordered twice...on the 27 & 28...both orders show in process.....how long does it normally take?

I orderd mine on the 24, and 25. it said in prosses on the1st still. but on the secound it said it was shipped on the 24 and the 25. but it is soposed to be here on monday the 7th so well see. just becouse it says in prosses doesn't mean it hasn't been done, just that they havent updated thier data bank yet. How many people are repeats from last fall like me? I am glad I got one more suitcase so we all match. I wish I would have gotten the two peice makeup bag set thoe. darn.
 
I am a repeat from the fall. I will be given my MIL the suitcase from this purchase.
 
My order hasn't changed at all since I ordered over a week ago...I don't believe it has ever taken this long to ship.
 
My first order shipped and part of my second order shipped but the part with the free stuff is sitting there "in process".
My babysitters orders are either "in process" or "held cancel". Her's have done nothing.

I placed my order on Feb 25th, and received my order March 3rd. I too am able to access the website.

whats up with the held cancel stuff? has anyone called and asked them? My stuff has shipped but just wondering.
 
I ordered 3 pairs of earrings and all the freebies available late on the 27th...it says 28th...so I guess that is when the order went through. It still says "In Process".
 
I placed 2 orders on Feb 27th and I got an email that the first order had shipped on Tuesday or Wed. I just checked the site and they both say processed and shipped. But in both of my orders at least one non freebie item that I ordered has been cancelled. What is the deal with that? Does any body know?
 
I had such problems with Chadwicks during the free rolling carry-on promotion that I don't bother with them any longer. The kept cancelling items that I ordered saying they were out of stock but I wouldn't have known if I wasn't checking the status every day. They kept messing up my order after that and I ended up with two of the carry-ons, but one was damaged. It was just a lot of calls, several to a manager, and a lot of hassle for something free. Learned my lesson to stay away from Chadwick's. I hope you have better luck! :goodvibes
 
Got a message that my order would not be processed due to only being allowed to order one free item.
 
Yesterday my 1st order shipped (1 pr of earrings and 3pc luggage, but the 2nd order (1 pr of earrings and wheeled luggage) says Cancel Held. I have no clue what that means and I am not even going to worry about it. At least I am getting one of my orders!!! Both were ordered on the 27th.

Both of mine still say in process and I ordered on the 27 and 28. Im starting to think Im not going to get either.

The one I received was orderd March 1. The one they aren't sending was from Feb. 28.
 
Im not sure if I should call or just keep waiting. I ordered on the 27 & 28 and both are in process.
