Will be eating at CG for the first time this Nov. It will be on our honeymoon and our engagement anniversary. Any recommendations on entree's? I'm sure the menu changes as time goes on, but what have you had in the past that you really enjoyed? Thanks!

The menu offerings change quite frequently as they attempt to make dishes that reflect the offerings of the season, however both of the signature dishes (the oak-fired fillet and the pork tenderloin) are wonderful. The sushi is also top-rate; Chef Yoshi does an amazing job. We've only been there twice but both times were fantastic, I really don't think you can go wrong!

The Pork Tenderlion is wonderful and I usually have that. Any flatbread I've had is great and huge for an appetizer. My DH usually orders fish and is always happy with it...:goodvibes

One of the CG Chef's signature items is the grilled prok tenderloin. It is served with goat cheese polenta, sauteed mushrooms and a zinfandel glaze. I am not a huge pork fan, but I have it every time we go. It is out of this world.

The flatbreads toppings change, but they are always tasty as well. We enjoy the mixed salads-hearts of romaine or market salad are a nice light appetizer. If you like seafood-they usually offer a lobster or crab salad, which are delicious and fresh. They also have a variety of sushi, if that is your thing.

The filet mignon is always a staple, but the sauce, glaze and side dishes change with the season. My DM is picky, but she always enjoys the accompaniments. CG is generally an great choice for seafood as well. They offer more choices than just salmon or shrimp.

Have a great time.

P.S. If you are a chocoholic-get the warm Valhrona chocolate cake for dessert. ;)

I would find it hard to go to CG and get anything other than the sushi. It was quite simply the best sushi we had ever tasted.

MMMM I'm getting hungry - here at work and stomach is growling!:lmao: My fiance and I LOVE sushi!! That's good to know. The Pork Tenderloin sounds like something I would enjoy as well.

Thanks Disers!

Well, if you love sushi, it will be hard to resist. We went planning to order just a sushi appetizer and try other things for our main but we couldn't get past the sushi! It was so delicious.
