CG dress code

Yea, I'm glad I'm not the only one. I was going to ask what the hell this guy is talking about.

Dean is an owner at one of the DVC properties at WL and is very upset at all the changes that have occured there. Most recently with the drastic change that Artist Point will be undergoing, he has become very discouraged with Disney. I can appreciate his feelings because for those people who brought into DVC at any given resort, they made choices based on more than location and theme, but took dining and amenities into account. He feels strongly tha Disney has reneged on their end of that promise.

I can appreciate how he feels, although I am not in agreement how he is expressing his displeasure.

I too am a long time DVC owner. However I do not act the way Dean Marino acts. If I was as unhappy and angry with Disney and their decisions I would not rant, call for the GM's firing and insult strangers on the internet, but rather inform Disney directly and if it came to it I would sell my interest and move on in life.

There are probably lots of new people who join here quite often and are not experts in all things related to Disney.

Look, I LIKE this. It's an accurate rendition of the SIG Dress Code...

But - not your fault..... it's baloney. It's not what SIGS actually DO. And that's why I believe that this board needs a Stickey on the REAL Signature Dining Dress Code. As actually enforced. I would be happy with something like "if you are ugly, dirty, and stink.... we MIGHT ask you to go away". But that's just me.....

All personal opinion - I'm not necessarily right, no one else is necessarily wrong.

True story: I knew ahead of time that CG had a dress code. Day of our dinner reservation, I changed my mind on what to wear and chose a pair of ripped jeans. There were just a couple of ripped spots, all finger tip length or lower. As we were going up the elevator I remembered! I panicked that we would get kicked out. I took my cardigan off and carried it in front of me as we were led to the table and anytime I got up. I don’t know if they would have kicked us out but I tried my best to hide my rips!
