Cervical pillow at resorts

My mom uses a cervical pillow due to her bad back. We are staying at All Star Movies.
Does anyone know if the resorts have special pillow you can request? Or we are also
are going to Premium outlets the first day so we could buy it there. Have you seen a
store at Premium which sells them?? Thanks

If your mother needs a special type of pillow, I'd bring it from home. You run the risk of not being able to find one, and being stuck.

I too have back problems and find bringing a pillow a problem on an airline. I usually ask for extra pillows and it usually suits my purpose and they never have a problem obliging us.
