Cereal snack credit

Is cereal and milk one or two snack credits? I stayed WL last year and it was 2 but today someone posted that it is 1 credit at all the value resorts. *I checked the snack sticky thread but resorts aren't listed

Just came back from OKW and it was 2 credits. It was available as part of a kids QS meal power pack (cereal, peanut butter, and apple slices) in which case it would've been 1 QS credit since you can get the milk as your beverage, but not 1 snack credit.

2 snack credits. It used to be one but several years ago they changed it because they now consider it an entree. Cereal plus milk is either 2 snack credits or 1 meal credit (I think in that case you get a beverage.)

Thanks for the feedback. I am not sure why the other poster said ALL value resorts only charge one credit.
