I need help finding a ceramic Peter Pan. Described to me as ~8 inches tall, Peter only, he's crouching with his hands on his knees. We looked everywhere at WDW earlier this month and couldn't find him. The concierge at Yacht Club pointed us in a few directions - but still no luck. This is for someone very special who directs teens in theater productions in our town. She has used this same ceramic figure as an end of year award for many years now. She's been able to get her hands on a new one every year. Last year she couldn't get one, so she gave away her own. If anyone has any suggestions where I might find Peter I'd really love to surprise her with one for this year's award, and one for herself. I've checked Ebay - no luck there even. Thank you in advance for any help!

I collect Peter Pan figures and I have quite a few. The one you describe doesn't sound like any I own.

I've been to both Disneyland and Walt Disney World recently, and I haven't seen a new Peter Pan ceramic figure at the parks in years. The last one I found is about 5" tall and has Peter standing on a tan base, with his hand up to his mouth like he is calling Tinker Bell or Wendy. He hasn't been around in about 3 years.

Is there any way you can post a picture??

I've just returned from another visit to WDW - looked again for the Peter Pan mentioned above without luck. I'm bumping this up to see if anyone might have any ideas. I don't have a picture as the statues this person had have all been given away. I thought Finding Neverland and the 100th anniversary of the first performance of Peter Pan might help him be a bit more visible - but no. Tink is more popular than ever - and I do love Tink - but what about Peter? We did see Peter and Wendy in the parks signing autographs - but no Peter statues to be found. Thanks for your help!

Without a picture or any other information or production marks on the piece, it's hard to help. As I mentioned in my previous post, I have many of the Disney Peter Pan ceramic figures made including many vintage ones. I have never seen the one you describe. I also looked in my many Disney ceramic collector books and I can't find anything there either.

Good luck....hope you find one.
