101 things to do Time for only 100. Last week was to be a trip to check on our house construction problems/progress, Meet up with some relatives, DD's college audition/visit, watch the SB and have some fun at Disney. It all seems so trivial now with what played out in Central FL.
So many peoples lives affected/still being affected.

Had checked the weather before leaving Phoenix and although there were Thunderstorms forecast for the early morning, no big deal. Yea right. Came in over top of the building weather with a rough ride over LA and the Panhandle. Landed in Orlando. Met up with DW and DD at SSR who came in earlier in the day. Had dinner nearby our house. Back to the room. Went to sleep. Slept sound. Woke up to the local news on TV. Speechless.

Here we are spending $$$$, building a nice home and pool, eating $$$$ meals, having fun and there are many now homeless, who have lost loved ones and are affected less than an hour away. Had the opportunity to fly over the Villages and Lady Lake Monday morning and again really speechless.
Having done some relief work with past Hurricanes, it was like a bad flashback. Never expected to see the damage the twister(s) caused.
They say life goes on. You still feel kind of guilty. We had fun. Spent some $$$$ Donated some $$$$ Gave to a blanket drive. Keep the people in your thoughts and for those of you who can, please try to help.
