Ok, I guess I just have wedding on the brain today! I've been seriously fretting over what to use for centerpieces. We're having our reception in the Living Seas, however, our wedding colors, red/black/white don't exactly work well with LS. WIth that in mind we're moving with just the theme of LS - underwater, etc. Here is what I've come up with so far...my question is, if we don't have Disney do the centerpieces, will they still set them up?

Please - voice opinions - likes, dislikes? What would make them better - or should I just scrap the idea and start over?

What has anyone else done at LS?

Oooh I love your centerpieces. I think it'll look great in the LSS! I believe Disney will set centerpieces up for you, but for a fee. I think they charge like $35 an hr or something like that. Hopefully someone who has already had their wedding can help. But I think you should definitely use those. :thumbsup2

Yay, you're getting married 3 days before me!!

Thanks! I'm really starting to worry about the small stuff and I still have 6 months!

3 days - and, we have practically the same "schedule" except we moved to the French Island.:cool1:

Have you thought about what you're using for centerpieces?

I love the whole floating candle thing and since my main color is purple, I think I want something similar to this:

sorry the pictures is so big

I'm probably going to just get them through Disney because I'm too lazy to carry them down myself :rolleyes1

Luckily for me - I have friends that live there and have offered me "storage" Buy on line, ship directly to Florida! :)

Ooooh pretty!!!!!

Use them for your centerpieces, thay turned out great, you did an awesome job.

babeecee,they are pretty too!!!

Love the centerpieces. We are going with this look also. We were at a bridal showcase last weekend and they had samples of the glass cylinders with shells in them with the floating candle and they were beautiful. Our colors are red and white so we are doing the same thing only with red petals floating in the water. Do not quote me on this but I believe to have 3 cylinders (in 3 different sizes) with the petals and candles and petals on the table around the candles is $85.00 per table. Not sure how that would change with shells. I am going to have Disney do them rather then having someone else come in to set them up. That price is not too bad to go through the problem of setting them up ourselves and if something goes wrong Disney will be there to set it right.
