Centerpiece help...

I'm looking to make some centerpieces for my stepfather's 60th.

We've gone with a beer themed invite and candy wrappers..
I'd like to make a few centerpieces for the tables...

Any suggestions of what to put inside the beer glass?mug?

To make this one, I'd probably see if you could get some
Clear Deco Beads

maybe put some deep yellow food coloring in to make it look beer colored...and add the carnations....

Candy wrappers or candy? Why not fill the beer mugs with various types of candy? An interactive centerpiece, if you will. All your guests would enjoy.

Or this one, its a mug filled with wrapped butterscotch candies and topped with marshmallows!

I actually saw that today ....

I thought it was cute and they can eat the candy and mellows!


I am already making candy wrappers for each plate.. Wanted something for the center of the table as well.

I was thinking instead of mugs using pilsner glasses to match our invitations. I like the idea of the butterscotches!

Nope --- already know that Dollar Tree has pilsner's and mugs if I wanted.. plus butterscotches at cvs and walmart cheap for a buck
