I have a LG Neon phone. All of a sudden the screen is black. I need it to work because I need to get all of my information off of it. So if you know what I can do to fix it I would appreciate it.
The other issue is that I took the phone to my provider and the wet indicator is red and apparently that is supposed to mean that I got the phone wet. I have never ever gotten this phone wet. Never. I never dropped it in water, never spilled anything on it. Never. Now I might not be able to get a replacement phone because the manufacturer is going to say that it got wet.
Any suggestions? I am so annoyed that it is now going to cost me money when I didn't do anything to break the phone and I also never got the stupid thing wet.
