Cell phones and beepers as carry-on????

Less than 30 days to go, starting count down...wondering if anyone has
recent experience with beepers or cell phones in the carry-on bag.
This is the first solo trip I've made in 30 years...its really important to me to
have access to those items...I'm leaving kids and husband behind so I want
to be able to reach them immediately if need be.

Has anyone been to St. Louis airport...its the connecting flight b/t IND and SAN...haven't
heard much about it. Thanks

yes, you can bring both on board. just make sure that you turn them off when the f/a makes the announcement. (usually when the plane door closes)!
