Cell Coverage

Just curious what type of coverage we can expect while at the world in September. DW and I are TMobile customers and we'd rather not buy walkie talkies since we get unlimited connect time with each other.

Any one have experience with TMobile in WDW?

We use T Mobile and had no problems anywhere in the World in June. Good luck!

I think all the major providers have good reception there. Never heard of any problems. I do not have T-Mobile though, I use AT&T there, and always fine.

I have T-mobile and it will NOT work inside the Boardwalk Villas. In fact, the coverage is weak at best anywhere on the Boardwalk. Other than that, it works fine.

I don't have TMobile, but thought I'd throw this in.

DH and I are on Verizon and also have unlimited free calling between our two cell phones - but not in Florida!!!!

Verizon said that we are out of our area for tht feature! You might want to check on this before you go. I had no idea, but learned this when I called Verizon with another question. And we are on the national plan, too.

I have T-mobile and have not had any problems at WDW. T-mobile works for me even in places where my olf ATT never worked.

We had T-mobile up until a couple of year ago. Lots of dead spots around the resorts (like OKW and Boardwalk). We never have dead spot trouble with Verizon.

Love TMobile!! We had coverage everywhere we went and we went everywhere!

Using our Verizons at WDW. We noticed inside the hotels they did not work, so we went outside to call. Funny thing was it seemed everyone was outside using their phones not just Verizon. I guess too much steel in the buildings. Also inside some buildings in the world also.
