Celiac daughter - safe places to eat in Universal Studios?

Hi, everyone was helpful to us in 2014 and I'm wondering if you can help again. We're going to be staying at Wyndham Bonnet Creek Resort on the Disney grounds and heading to Universal Studios and Downtown Disney. Does anyone have recommendations for a gluten-free meal in Universal Studios?

Also, is there a store nearby the hotel that I could purchase GF food for our kitchenette? We're Canadian so I'm not sure which grocery chains have a good supply of GF options. Thanks!

Publix is really big in the south east ( I live a few hours north) and the Publix here has a good session of GF

there web site is public.com there is one not too fair form EPCOT

My wife has celiac and we had s great meal at Mythos in Universal. They have GF menu items labeled, and seemed fairly knowledgable about cross contamination.

We had an order delivered from Garden Grocer, they had quite a few gluten free options. There isn't a huge amount of choice at Universal, Mythos was probably the best I remember. We tended to try and bring a lot of snacks with us...
