celebrity in our midst

We had a celebrity in our midst last evening. I was working at the LSS and Thena Smith, the author of "Where's Thena", came into our store. She was in the area on business and met up with some friends and they came over to our store. She stayed for quite some time. We laughed and talked. We snapped a few photos with her. I only wish there were more customers there to meet her. (It was an ikey rainy night.) What a delightful lady.

Wow, that is great. I met Thena at CHA last year. I used to 'see' her quite abit on 2 peas, she is such a doll. I love meeting scrap celebrities! To me they are bigger stars than movie stars!

I'll never forget my scrap celeb first; she is a local scrapper who has been published in everything! Been a MM master, in CK HOF, on just about every design team around, I was afraid to talk to her at first cause her celeb status but now she is a great pal. She also has been great inspiration for me to submit my work for publication.
