The two teams have just been shooting a commercial for Entertainment.com, which is now a online or a downloadable app.

Theresa is the PM for the former Men's team. Dayana stepped up to be the PM for the former Women's team to basically shut Lisa up.

The task was to create a one minute commercial for entertainment.com- that does the entertainment coupon books. Teresa is the leader on her team, and they did a slightly risque take on it. Aubrey went to Arsenio and explained how he made her feel in the boardroom- Arsenio kind of back-handedly apologized without actually apologizing, but they say they're all good now.

Dayana is pm for their team, and they traced a couple's relationship using the coupons. Penn had to leave at 4pm the day they were shooting the commercial to do a show, but he and Lisa wrote the script. Dayana and Lisa are actually getting along, and Lou is griping about how he should be in the commercial, how Penn should go home if they lose because he left, and how he hates the commercial (but tells the team he loves it.) I think you're all caught up

Yes, but I think Lisa nailed him. If his team loses, he gets to say he liked the other commercial better & didn't agree with the concept his own team came up with and they didn't listen to him when he gave suggestions. If his team wins, he has nothing to lose.
