Celebrity Apprentice

Do you think he's allowed to do that?

I have to say that going in I figured Theresa and Lisa would be part of the drama, I had no idea who Aubrey was but now I'm glad she's gone. I wonder if Dee would have still been fired if Trump knew that Aubrey walked out and quit? I'm glad Arsenio stood up for himself, Aubrey had been walking all over everyone and making herself look good and someone finally had the guts to call her out.

All I know is we're about half-way and Clay is still in it :woohoo:

:thumbsup2

Did anyone else catch Aubrey say "Donald" instead of Mr. Trump? :scared: I was wondering if she got scolded by him, that part was cut and then next thing we see is waterworks, lol...

Victoria Gotti called him Donald all the time...I really hated that. And I really dislike both Lisa and Aubrey. They are soooooooo full of themselves.

Aubrey is such a child. Arsenio was right on in the way he described her. Of course, once people start speaking the truth in the boardroom, and the Donald takes their side, she turns on the waterworks. Then she walks out?! And what, she wants people to respect her for that??? If she can't take the heat, she should get out of the game.

I feel bad Dee got fired. Personally, I liked their team's presentation a lot more than the other team. The game show thing wasn't that creative. Yes, Penn said the wrong name, and the box design wasn't great, but I still thought they connected with the audience more and delivered the Walgreens message better.

In his closing, Dee said that the others should stop "propping up" Lou, and I think that's a good point. If all the so-called "superior" people would just let the others take over and lose a task, then those people would be the ones getting fired, right?

That being said, Lisa was annoying me as much as Aubrey this week. Those two are the absolute worst types of people. Young and immature, and old(er) and bitter. Neither one of them is superior to their competitors in personality. No team should have to put up with them.

Do you think he's allowed to do that?

Well, "technically," he'd have to make a new phone call or text to Jay. But, Jay's no idiot. He's not going to reneg on giving money he had already promised once to charity.

Arsenio only has to worry that there may be another fundraiser before he gets to the finals. But, I think he's still good friends with Eddie Murphy. So, he might be able to call him up for money instead. And save Jay's blank check for it he makes it to the final 2.

Too bad he just can't say, "This check is $10 more than whatever is the total amount of my opponent." :p

I thought Trump said once that he & Victoria have known each other for years.

Star Jones also knows him really well. They were at each other's weddings. But at least she had the respect to call him Mr. Trump in the Boardroom.

I love how Arsenio nailed Aubrey in how she couldn't remember who came up with the game show idea, (it was Clay,) because it didn't have to do with her. :p

All I know is we're about half-way and Clay is still in it :woohoo:

I LOVE Clay. Before the show I didn't have a feeling one way or the other about him, but I have a new respect for how he has handled himself and how he has played the game in the boardroom. I imagined that he would be sort of dumb, but he has proved himself to be the opposite. That's my hope for winner.

I'm also surprised at Theresa. She is much more professional than I guessed she would be. She's not too sharp, but doesn't seem bimbo-like.

I really hope Lisa or Aubrey go home. They both act as if Donald ought fire everyone right now and give them both the win. I have never seen two more inflated egos in all the seasons of Celebrity Apprentice....and that's no small feat.

Okay, I'm here to give the unpopular view, LOL. I still think Aubrey is a smart woman. She came up with the theme and the box. That said- I do understand Arsenio's view, but I think he was waaaaaay too harsh on her in the boardroom, esp considering the execs loved the box and the theme and I don't blame her for walking out. When everyone on your team except one person is talking about what a selfish, narcissistic b*tch you are, it can't be an easy thing. I thought it was interesting that Paul pretty much kept his thoughts to himself, yes, he's always quiet, but I think he felt bad for her. To me, it's one thing to say "well, you're not the best at*whatever*", and that person being able to not take it personally..something else entirely to be attacked the way she was last night. Do I always agree with how she is? No, not always, but if Arsenio was getting that worked up, he should have said something to her during the task. Arsenio is good friends with Diddy, prob knows the background, and I think he was gunning for her as soon as Donald put her on his team- hence his reaction. I don't think Arsenio is a bad person either, I just don't think he handled it well at all. Ohh..and I do think she'll be coming back, will be surprised if she doesn't. (Then again, I never would have pegged her for the one walking out!)

If everyone I'm working with is talking about what a selfish, narcissistic b*tch I am - maybe I need to stop and figure out why they all feel that way. One person, okay, that's them or a personality clash. Five different people? Oops. I just might be a selfish, narcissistic b*tch.

Sort of like how Lisa and Aubrey attack Dayana week after week after week... saying she does nothing, did nothing, can't do anything, is useless? Or, really, attack all the women except Debbie - claiming they do everything?

*grins* I'd already decided I wasn't defending my views today after I posted..LOL. I know everyone has their own opinion and that's the way it should be. I'm not saying Aubrey isn't selfish and narcissistic, but there's a difference between saying someone (Dayana) isn't creative, or saying that you're the ones who come up with the ideas (Lisa and Aubrey)- those are "skills" and not personality traits. Also maybe part of what's bothering me is they weren't on the chopping block when all those things were being said. He brought it up when he didn't "need" to. Aubrey and Lisa always made their statements when their team had lost and someone was getting fired. Why not wait and talk to her in the warroom or whatever-do it in a rational way. I don't think he played it right. If she does come back we all know what's going to happen if their team loses. I like Arsenio, I really do- I just thought he was waaaay harsh..and yes, more harsh than Aubrey or Lisa have been..sometimes it's as much about delivery as content, and his delivery was much more angry/inflamed than theirs ever was.

When Theresa went after Debbie last night about what she was wearing, I thought it was a low blow...but when Debbie was walking to the elevator, I mean really?!? Cutout in the back?? Could it have been any shorter?! She looks ridiculous and clearly is trying to hold on to her youth...

Lisa's hatred of Dayana is so pathetic. The women LOST while Lisa was PM, yet they WON while Dayana was PM! Lisa obviously has a chip on her shoulder towards young, attractive women. It amazes me how calm and collected Dayana remains while week after week she is attacked, belittled, and constantly brought back to the boardroom...yet she continues to deliver!

I agree with you 110% ;)
I also don't understand why Arsenio continued to berate Aubrey and call her very bad names after he won. That was in poor taste and made no sense. He should have controlled her better as a PM. It never should have come out in the boardroom as nasty as it did-especially when the part that Walgreens liked was the box she put together. Did she say mean and rude things to him? Yes! But to sit in a room and be continually yelled at about being narcissistic- I would probably cry too!

I think Lou should have been fired. He is a one-hit wonder. All he does is talk about his hip and knee replacements. Yes, his speech was motivating but he didnt do anything else as PM toward the task.
And I'm still waiting for Dayonna to DO something. Funny how everyone else, every week, gets assigned tasks but somehow she never has anything to do.

Maybe her Miss America/pageant experience has taught her how to deal with competitive a/o possible catty women...how to remain poised and confident. She was also able to poke fun at her *pageant* self when bailing Penn out after he said WalMart. Or maybe Trump just likes looking at her week after week :rolleyes1

I don't think that Arsenio was too harsh on Aubrey, he used examples of her terrible behavior with what she was doing and saying right there in the boardroom not what was said (that he took a walk etc) during the task. When she tossed the other teams' cube without considering Paul, it showed how selfish and incapable she is of being a team player. Plus she showed no happiness for winning and that is just sad and pathetic.

Also, how quickly Theresa forgot just how enraged she was with Debbie and her revealing dress

I can't wait to see the next episode, Lou calling Lisa out for her filthy and vulgar mouth is going to be awesome.

I'm pretty sure they made remarks befoe finding out if they won or lst. When Trump asked Lisa and Aubrey in the past, if you loss, who would you fire, they always went for Dayonna's throat. They really dislike her.

I thought Aresenio was a little over the top, and that makes me think that more went on in the warroom than we saw.

Cliff to me, is a bit like Lisa and Aubrey, except he does it all behind everyone's back..and L & A have no problem saying stuff to faces. I started out liking him, now I just think he is a weasle. No idea why he blamed Dee, because of how the Blues gave their money..it wasn't Dee's fault.

I think Lisa and Aubrey are pretty funny..they keep saying they did everything, they are the smartest, all the thought processes were theirs, etc (especially Lisa) and if that is true, then they should have been fired mulitple times, for losing so much.

First I think it's ridiculous that Arsenio's friendship with Diddy caused his opinion of her.

I never saw her or knew anything about her and she burns my butt and I've never even breathed her air.

I think she irks and irks and irks until people blow... she says subtle horrid things to people (that remark about him walking away was a LOW blow) and gets away with it because she's smiling and sweet.

Frankly, I find that WAY more demonic than someone who blows.

Arsenio told her what everyone else wanted to tell her, she EARNED those words. Her nasty little remarks with a smile would've gotten her a toe tag in my world. She's slick, sneaky and narcissistic and she can fool others but she deserved the disrespect she's given so many other people in this system

I loved how Trump told her he's known many people like her and some get away with it while others crash and burn. Well, so have I, more than I can even mention. Egos come with the business but those are the ones who don't have long success. Humility is a blessing that rewards you over and over. Youth finds that out..usually the hard way! Take it from one who KNOWS!! :goodvibes

otoh, I just LOOOOOVE Dayana!!! I was surprised to hear that she was younger than Aubrey, she's WAY more mature. Sure, she may not be the brightest bulb in the place but it's the first time the Donald had eye candy on that is actually likeable.

I wonder why she didn't tell Aubrey that it was Trump who said that she would've been fired when Debbie was? Anyone know?

yes this. I think there was more to the war room than we saw and Arsenio had just about had enough. He tried to keep the peace during the task to keep spirits up for the presentation but by the boardroom he was DONE with Aubrey.

I have to also say I am sooooo sick of the crying, between Aubrey crying in the board room, and Lisa crying when she is spouting off about doing everything, sheeesh ladies get a grip. If you are as tough and talented as you say suck it up buttercup.

I am not referring at all to Arsenio tearing up, I totally get that when he was remembering his cousin.

I have a LITTLE experience with the Aubreys of the world, she's exactly like my sister. I spent years dealing with her nastiness, harsh words and that I'm going to tear you down while I smile in your face attitude... :rolleyes1

I totally let her get away with it for years because I was the baby, the precious one, the one who never blew.

Well, one time she finally got me. My Mom said she something just HORRIBLE to me and when she came in the room to defend me I had flown up in the air and came down on my sister with my mouth open. I bit down on her neck soo hard she bled. My mother told me this because I really don't remember it, I was about 4 and my sister was 5. My Mother separated us but told me later that she was soooo proud I had finally defended myself, even though it was a bit tough. :lmao: She knew that I was going to have to defend myself in the mean streets and I needed to have a backbone, which I built quickly.

Nasty people are never a surprise to me, I grew up with one and by now, I don't use my teeth, just my mouth. ;)

1) Aubrey is quite intelligent and pretty damn creative. Trump said it best about people who need to pat themselves on the back though. Some are very successful and others burn and crash very, very badly. Thus far, Aubrey has fallen into the second category after P. Diddy dismissed her.

2) Aubrey is incredibly condescending, arrogant, and plays dirty. She sets people up to fail and tries to own the positives. Good game play but not good for making friends and getting along as a team, hence why Arsenio blowed up on her. Arsenio tried to manage her during the task, told her several times to back up and let him pick his quote/photo, and she just couldn't resist. She deserved everything she got in the boardroom. Every criticism Arsenio made about her was valid and spot on, even the tossing of the marketing kit that she tossed aside after she looked at it, instead of showing it to her teammates. As the saying goes with Aubrey, "she can dish it but she can't take it."

3) Aubrey came from the Lisa/Debbie circle where they did nothing but blow air bubbles up each other's butts. She would constantly criticize Dayana and Patricia, week after week. It didn't matter if they did a good job, she would still criticize them in a very condescending manner. Now the roles are reversed. Dayana is being praised by most of her team and Aubrey is getting destroyed.

4) Lisa is one of the most miserable people I have ever seen in my life. She resents attractive people, it's very obvious. And I'm also so sick of her saying that "she is carrying her team" week after week. "Ummmm hello Lisa, what exactly are you carrying? You haven't won jack!!! All you do is lose." What I want to know is who has told Lisa that she is so great over the course of her life to cause this belief that she is better than other people.

5) Also how dare Lisa talk to Dayana like that. Dayana is a hell of a woman to allow someone to tell her to "shut the f up" and now come back hard at her.

I have not ever heard Lisa just talk she is always yelling. Aubrey smart sure is she knows the more she talks the more she can take credit for. Which one of the men said Aubrey doesn't like Dayana because she is prettier, hit the nail on the head. Lisa she doesn't like anyone.
