What is Disney's current relationship with Celebration? Does anyone know anyone who lives there?

I have friends who bought a vacation home in Celebration about a year or two ago. I think it's a townhouse. They love it, but I haven't really asked them about that area. One of these days, I'll pump them for the real scoop.

The Celebration Company (TCC), which is a development arm of the Walt Disney Company, is the developer of Celebration and works in conjunction with the Celebration Residential Owners Association (CROA) to operate and maintain various common areas and community improvements and to administer and enforce the community guidelines.

We have been Celebration residents since 1999 and love it.
