Celebration with pets

We will be in Orlando for Christmas thru New Year, and would like to spend an evening in Celebration enjoying the holiday festivities. From what I've read, it appears that it is "pet friendly". Since we will be leaving our "4-legged baby girl" so often to enjoy the parks, we would love to take her with us. She is a Mini-pin. What Christimas activities will we be able to share with her? What will we miss, because she can't go? Also, I've read that some of the restaurant patios allow pets. Do you have any suggestions for places to eat with her? Thanks in advance.

I found the # for the Columbia restaurant, and they said pets are allowed on their patio. I don't know about any of the other restaurants. She also said that as far as she know, our pet would be able to walk the streets with us, as we enjoy the Christmas festivities. Per her suggestion, I'm going to call back closer to the actual event, to make sure. I think this is great. I just wish WDW was more pet friendly.
