Thanks. That looks a useful site It doesn’t list Celebration as an option though? I know it’s largely a residential community though so I didn’t know if there was perhaps a rule for homeowners forbidding vacation rentals?

I know this reply is late but you are correct. Certain areas allow home rental and some don't. In general, Kissimmee does, Celebration does not. I know there is more specific info but if you go to vrbo or airbnb and look at a map view, you'll see which areas have rentals.

Melia Hotels located in Celebration has family condo style suites for vacation rentals and is very nice and great location .
