Hi

I was just wondering for some advice, here is a bit of info my husband and I got married at the Dinsey wedding pavillion (coming up to 4 years in Oct), we have booked to come back October this year with our little boy (his first Disney visit). Obviously we are very excited about returning, we are travelling from the UK. When we were last at WDW for our wedding we were upgaded to the deluxe dining plan and it was A.M.A.Z.I.N.G, however I dont feel we utilised our credits accordingly and dont want to make the same mistake again. So I have already booked all our character meals in and Mickey's Backyard BBQ, but as we are there over our wedding anniversary I was wondering if anyone has any really nice table service resturants that only use one credit?

On our last trip we dined at quite a few signature resturants which were out of this world, however going with our son we want to use the majority on character meals for him so dont have many spare.

Thank you, would be great to hear some of your reviews !!

I think my favorite one credit meals are Sanaa at AK Lodge, BOG at MK (atmosphere), Raglan Road at DTD for entertainment and food (can be a little loud, but can ask to be in a side room not in front of the stage if needed), and Tutto Italia at EPCOT (Via Napoli is my favorite 1TS anywhere but not sure what you mean by nice, VN can be loud and while the pizza is fantastic its still just a pizza place on the nice scale)

I'm headed to Disney World in October, too! :)

As for where you can go, it really depends on where you intend to be. Do you want to eat at a park, or at a resort?

My husband and I really like Chefs de France in EPCOT. The food is delicious, the service has always been great, and EPCOT is our favorite park to begin with. We've gone several times for lunch, though we haven't had dinner there. (We normally have dinner at Le Cellier, which is 2 credits.)

We haven't been to Be Our Guest in MK yet, but I've heard lots of good about it - it sounds like a great option, as well. A bit more upscale/romantic in appearance, but still only 1 dining credit, and really, how cool is it that you're eating in the Beast's castle? Especially if you'll have your son with you.

Which makes me wonder - will you have your son with you? If you want to enjoy a meal with a little in tow, you'll likely need to be someplace that provides a distraction for him. Coral Reef, also in EPCOT, is nice, and sitting alongside a huge wall of aquarium glass and watching the fish swim by is pretty entertaining for littles and adults alike. The menu leans heavily on fish dishes, which is great if you're a seafood lover!

I'd recommend Kouzzina, on the Boardwalk, which is my FAVORITE restaurant at Disney World, but I just read they were closing at the end of September. (I could cry.)

I've also heard good things about Sanaa at Animal Kingdom Lodge's Kidani Village. Though I wonder if Indian food, to a Brit, might be a bit too "normal" - not special enough? That said, if you want to go to Sanaa, (or Boma, or want to splurge an extra credit on a meal at Jiko) you can make a lovely evening out of checking out the resort. There are lots of places for you to wander around and observe the animals, and after dark, the resort has night-vision goggles for animal watching.

I'm not sure you can really go wrong at almost any Disney restaurant. I hope that helps. :)
