I'll be sailing on the Dream in December. I'll be celebrating a major achievement and am looking for celebration ideas. What sort of celebrations have ya'll experienced?

Have a good meal in Remy.

I agree with DisneyFantasy have a great meal at one of the adult restaurants, you are given such special attention, whether you are celebrating something or just having dinner.

Also, you can look in the onboard shopping guide and see if you would like some flowers, wine, fruit or cheese platters or even a cake.

We had a special 40th anniversary dinner experience (my inlaws anniv) in a private room at Palo. Fantastic.

These are great. And I didn't know you could get a private room in Palo. Can that be booked online or is it a special request once on board?

It is not separate "closed" room, but it's tucked in the back of the restaurant in it's own circular room, with an opening to the main dining room. The way it is shaped, though, you can hear each other easily (large round table) and can't hear any noise of the restaurant at all. My SIL booked it through their travel agent and the agent had to call and request it separately, can't be done online, I don't think.

Our servers in the MDRs also sang Happy Anniversary to them and presented them with a special dessert as well that week.
