Celebration End Date

When exactly does the celebration end?

It is officially 18 months, which would mean at the end of October 06, but Disney has been known to extend celebrations as an excuse to make more money!

When I was at Disneyland on Saturday, a CM told my sister that it ended December 2006, but I thought it was ending before that.

I have been told Dec 06 when calling CRO, but when the annoucement came it, it was announced as an 18 month celebration.

I'd like to go during the celebration, but would prefer to wait until next November (less crowds, etc.). Would there be a date on the official site?

Maybe I'm missing something..... What exactly will 'end' when the celebration is officially over? Cinderellabration?

I know there were some new attractions (LMA, Soarin', etc.) that opened this year, but those will remain open even when the celebration is over.

I don't think there is anything else happening now that will end.

I probably just don't understand?!?!?!?!?

The Celebration started 05-05-05 as an eighteen month event,so it technically should end 11-05-06.There is a rumor that Cinderellabration will continue after the Celebration ends.The things that will end after 11-05-06{if that IS the correct date}would be the special decorations on Cinderella Castle,the Celebration signs and banners,the Cast Member Celebration name badges,the Celebration ticket media,etc.The main thing would be the castle.

DH and I are going back in May and I was so hoping to get to see the castle like it is now....we saw it in September and I just gotta see it again!

Mainly I wanted to see all the decorations in the parks and the castle. Hopefully it will still be up.
