Celebrating ?

Hi! I know people have gotten special buttons on their birthdays, but my husband and I will be celebrating our anniversary this year. Has anyone gotten a button or anything for that?

We noted that we were celebrating our anniversary on our reservation and we had an autographed photo from Mickey & Minnie and balloon wishing us a happy anniversary waiting in our room when we arrived.

Yes, you are definetely able to get an anniversary button! They are very cute and you can pick them up at Guest Services at any of the parks. I'm not sure if you're able to get them at the resorts or not.

My husband bought a pin from Pin Traders for anniversaries. It's one of my favorites!

On our first night of our anniversary trip, we had dinner at Coral Reef, which was just one week ago tomorrow...boo...i want to go back...ok back to the buttons...i had noted on our reservation that it was our anniversary and they brought out buttons, a personalized menu and i arranged to surprise my husband with a happy anniversary banner brought down by the divers, boy was he surprised. Our hotel the Wilderness Lodge also sent up an anniversary card. Have a great time!!

Yes, you can. That's where we got ours last week. Just ask at the Front Desk.

little side note: there are alot more buttons this year i find myself looking at a new one on someones shirt every trip!

You should also mention it at check-in. We were checking in at YC Concierge last May and my DW mentioned that we were splurging because of our anniversary. The next day got a special delivery: two balloons tied to several candy bars, two autographed photo cards, and a wrapped box. One card was from Mickey & Minnie for our anniversary and another card from Pluto to our yellow lab, Trixie. (My wife and the CM had a nice dog conversation at check-in as well.) The box had a lovely YC special anniversary pin. We framed the anniversary photo card and the pin. It was a really neat touch and well appreciated by us!!
