We are celebrating DD's 2nd birthday. I realize that we will have to pay for her at CRT if we want her to get the wand, etc.

Has anyone ever noticed a family celebrating a birthday at one of these?

I am leaning CRT because we have eaten there 3 times and never had less than awesome service, and obviously the better the servie, the better the celebration-- but thought that maybe Chef Mickey might do something cool with birthdays...

thanks!

No you do NOT have to pay for her at CRT. She'll still be able to get a wand.

during the "What are You Celebrating" promotion. Our daughter's birthday was noted on the reservation. We ate at both CRT (lunch) and CM (breakfast). Both recognized the birthday which doesn't always happen. CRT was better for us. They had a card the Cinderella had already signed and each of the princesses at the meal also signed. There was an added cupcake at the end in addition to the normal dessert. (Yes, she was wired afterwards.) And, the most unexpected thing, Dave our CM sang Happy Birthday to our daughter and two girls at the next table. He was quite good.

At CM she was given a cupcake and confetti was scattered around the table It was nice - except CRT was two days before that.
