I celebrating my birthday there last year. We did CRT for breakfast and BOG for dinner. I wore a tiara and a birthday badge. I went to meet all my favourite characters and did my favourite rides.
You could also do a reservation at one of the resorts for a nice meal. Visit the spa or salon. Afternoon Tea at the GF is lovely.
I was at MK for my bday in December. Def get a pin! Mickey Mouse sang happy bday to me at MK. It was a once in a lifetime experience & made me so happy

if you're staying onsite and tell your hotel in advance, they'll probably give you a button when you check in. that's what they did for our anniversary.
if not, you can get one at town hall at MK, or guest relations in any park.
Agreed on the pin! If it's not super busy, pretty much everyone will wish you a happy birthday, from street sweepers to parade dancers. You also will get free stuff sometimes... a cookie or a dessert somewhere, not much, but a nice way to say happy birthday.
If you have ADRs or have a resort reservation, be sure to add it as a celebration (you have to call now). At Sunshine Seasons, they go around singing to all the birthday tables, and I've gotten cake with candles or sparklers, along with Mickey confetti on the table. They do little things, but they make you feel special. My husband hates his birthday, but he loved his Disney birthday.
