I have a dear friend, Rachel. She has cystic fibrosis. But she's reached 39 years old and is still going strong. She has bad spells, often ending up in hospital, has had major surgery… but she's still here.

Count every day on this Earth a blessing. You never know when someone's going to be gone for good.
