Could anyone who has purchased annual passes through CE help.

I ordered 2 annual passes and they seemed to have processed the order but
never asked for the name of the pass holders..!

Does passes comes with names pre-printed or they are open?

Nope... they're not needed as you get back little DLP temporary passes (credit card sized pieces of card with figures on the front).
I needed 2XA, 1XC & 1Xunder 7, sent them the names and ages and I got 3 identical passes and one marked "Enfant" for DS.
