Ce multiavantages tickets - any restrictions?

Hello! My husband, 9-year-old daughter and I are departing in about four weeks for Paris, and I've been researching Disneyland Paris tickets. Ce multiavantages has some amazing deals, but I'm afraid my college French is not quite up to snuff and perhaps I'm missing a restriction or limitation. Can anyone order these tickets? Does it matter that we live in the US? Does anyone have experience purchasing tickets from them? Do they mail hard copies or is it all via e-mail? Any information would be greatly appreciated! Haven't bought from them but many here have. You pay a yearly ¬20 fee to join. I think they send a voucher/temporary ticket which has to be exchanged rather then a hard ticket. Could be wrong though.

I bought 2 day/2 park tickets from them recently. You pay a €20 membership fee which is valid for 1 year and allows you to make purchases from the site.
My tickets were delivered by registered post to Ireland and took 2 weeks to arrive - they're actual tickets which we can use as soon as we get there. My french is a bit rusty so I used Google Translate to compose an email query which they answered immediately. I'm sure if you do likewise they'll answer you query re postage to the US and the type of tickets received.

Thank you for the information! I sent them an e-mail as you suggested (in what was likely atrocious French) asking about ordering tickets and if they could arrive here in the US within the next three weeks or so. I really hope that they can accommodate our order - the tickets are nearly 50% cheaper on their website than if I ordered direct from Disney.
