CDG Terminal 3 to DLP for Group of 8

Hi All,

Just booked trip to DLP for a group of 8 in May.

I usually use VEA for the transfers from the airport as it's by far the easiest option, but because there's so many of us it going to cost in the region of 100 euro each way which I think is a bit excessive for a 45 minute coach ride.

So, anyone else got other ideas I could use?

I was thinking along the lines of a private hire taxi/minibus, anyone ever used a service like this and could give me any ideas of price and how to pre-book?

Bilboo, I can't help - but I need exactly the same answer to the same question [ only for April and 9 of us anyway!]. Lets hope somebody can throw a little light on it!!!!

We go out tomorrow and have booked a Paris Minicabs private shuttle minibus at 105 euro's one way. To be honest they've been rather vague about the booking but assure me they'll be waiting! I'll let you know if it works out when I get back.

O.K. We got there and back safely and VERY efficiently, 7 of us (4ad 3ch) , for 105 euros there and 90 euros back. I originally booked through Paris minicabs but they have now changed to R.S.Transports, who have a website with no dots and a com at the end (sorry won't let me post the full URL so hope you know what I mean). If you look on their website they offer transport for up to 8 people. As I said in my last posting, when I booked by email all the arrangements did seem a bit vague so I had my doubts.

Anyway, they were waiting for us with a clearly named sign at the arrivals entrance, had tracked the flight, were polite and friendly, helped with the luggage, the vehicle was very comfortable, clean and with ample room, and we LANDED in Terminal 1 CDG at 16.35hrs and were at the Sequoia by 17.30hrs!! Far, far better than getting the Shuttle bus, which would have cost us 89 Euros anyway (more if we'd all been adults). The return journey was just as efficient with them arriving punctually outside the hotel door and equipped with full baby and booster seat available in the boot in case we needed them at no extra cost. There was ample room for luggage and I have to say I fully recommend them.

Hi,

Just booked with RS Transport, 190euro for 8 passengers from CDG T3 to Sequoia Lodge and return, which works out cheaper than the VEA.

Quick turnaround to my e-mails so impressed with them so far.
