I know there is absolutely no way to accurately predict anything, but was curious as to opinions. I absolutely love the cabins @ CCV and plan on using many points there over the years. I am not an owner there, but kicking around the idea.

My question is this. As points continue to increase in cost, and new owners buy in at less points (I'm remembering when I first joined that the minimum was 150 and now it's 75), do you think the cabins will be easier or harder to get at 7 months? We always go off peak season and will likely never go Nov-Dec due to work restrictions, so not too worried about Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Year's dates. I read that the Poly bungalows are often available and it seems as if they require too many points for the majority of owners and wondering if that will hold true for the cabins as well. Anyone have a crystal ball and would like to share? :magnify: :cat:

Just my opinion, but I expect that the high cost of cabins will probably limit most stays to a couple of days rather than a week or so. Given that, it's probably a good bet that they won't be booked at the same occupancy rates as the regular villas, making 7 month bookings a bit easier for cabins.

Unknown if Disney has cash guests interested in renting them. If so, they may be booked by cash guests.

There are 26 cabins (plus several grand villas) at the resort. I don't think there will be enough Copper Creek owners using points for those high end rooms to consistently book them up before 7 months. The usual patterns will probably apply with holidays and fall being highest demand. But the vast majority of the time, some will trickle down to the 7 month window.
