CBR when is it suppose to reopen??

ANyone know when CBR is suppose to reopen??

Supposedly mid-December, but someone posted recently that they called for availability at the end of December and CBR was blocked out, so who knows? Best bet is to call CRO and see what they say if you want to go by the end of the year.
