CBR, the Skyliner, and getting a boarding pass for ROTR

We will be there next week. Staying at CBR and planning on Ubering it over to HS. Any tips on how early to go? I have been hearing if you get there to early they will turn the cars away.

We had no issues arriving between 9-9:10ish.

We were at Pop, so the drive is only like 5 minutes. We left around 9 on the first day and a little before 9 on the second. CBR is slightly farther away.
