CBR rebooking question

I believe I read in another post that someone had to rebook for an entirely different week when POFQ closed down because there were no other rooms available. I have ressies at CBR for 12/20 through 12/26 which I understand is a very busy time. Is it possible that there would be no other available rooms if I wait for my call?

if you don't want to take the chance, rebook your trip now and don't wait until Disney calls you.

If you have your trip paid for and have had your ressies for some time are they not obligated to find you a room? We're going for our honeymoon in November and we've already booked our trip and my Future in laws have paid for it as a wedding present. There is absolutely no way that we can change our travel dates due to my FI's band schedule? Is it possible that if we wait for their call we may not get a room?

Hi Kissy-

I wouldn't worry about it (as a future bride, you have enough on your plate already!). They HAVE to get you a room. There is no question about it. If they have to put you in the honeymoon suite at the GF, they will do it. You have a reservation, and you've kept your end of the contract by paying them the deposit. Disney wouldn't want you calling the local press and informing them that you can no longer go on your honeymoon because Disney scr**ed you! Fear not! Sit tight and wait for the call!

I told my FI and lets just say that he was less than pleased. It would be nice if they could upgrade us particularly to a resort with a beach since that was the only reason my FI wanted to stay at CBR. Though patience isn't a virtue I possess in great ammounts, I will try to stick it out and wait for their call. I just hope they don't wait till the last minute to call people. I have a honeymoon registry and people will want to know exactly what they are contributing to. Thanks again.
