Apparently they do. Note to self - don't book preferred. I need the dresser more as a solo.

No. Not all of the preferred rooms have a 5th sleeper. There are some King rooms and some queen rooms without a 5th sleeper as well.

These are the categories:
King Bed - these can be ANYwhere in the resort.
Water or Pool View - these can be ANYwhere in the resort
Standard View
Standard View 5th Sleeper
Water or Pool View 5th Sleeper - these can be ANYwhere in the resort
Preferred View
Pirate Room
Pirate Water View

Does not have a separate designation for Preferred 5th Sleeper but the description says 2 queens and a sleeper.

It refers to the location within the resort. They are closest to the main pool and food options.
